Suzy Rodoni-Silverberg
As part of a fourth generation Santa Cruz family and lifelong resident of Santa Cruz, Suzanne has a deep understanding of what makes this area so special.
Her unique background of real estate lending, real estate development, new home construction, investment real estate analysis, and property management allows her clients to benefit from her vast knowledge.

Helen Ackerman
Helen has been a top agent for some 32 years. Originally from Sandusky, Ohio,she arrived in California in 1960 following studies at Denison University and graduation magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin. She taught elementary school in Saratoga and raised a family prior to embarking upon her real estate career. She has been active in an array of community groups including AAUW, Omega Nu, The Daisy and Congregational Church. She has served as president of the Brook Knoll and Harbor High School PTAs. She is recipient of honorary life memberships in the Family Service Board and PTA. Over the years, Helen has formed lifetime relationships with countless clients, professional colleagues and community leaders. She knows Santa Cruz County and prides herself on providing friendly, trustworthy service to each and every client. She lives in Scotts Valley with her husband, travels widely and enjoys her children and grandchildren.

Stephanie Baker
Stephanie was born and raised by the beach in Santa Cruz. Stephanie is licensed Realtor and brings with her invaluable experience working on one of Santa Cruz County's top producing real estate teams. Stephanie also assists the Real Estate Eight Three One office with real estate technology and property management. She is a UCSC grad with a degree in Business Management economics and has over 15 years corporate and small business management experience. Stephanie lives a very joyful life and spends her free time sharing all the amazing things Santa Cruz has to offer with her toddler twin boys.

Winnie Kepler
Winnie brings 29 years of real estate experience to the table. A licensed broker and former owner/CEO of Capitola Realty, she is a world traveler with real estate interests locally, in Hawaii and the Sierra. She specializes in upscale residential design and construction, multi-residential, commercial and development projects. Winnie is also licensed to practice real estate in Hawaii. An avid tennis player, she annually assists in the presentation of the prestigious Seascape Challenger Tennis Tournament.

Kirby Nicol
Born and raised in the Midwest, Kirby discovered Santa Cruz in the sixties, then traveled the world for five years as a Peace Corps athletics coach before settling here in 1973 to raise a family and make a difference. He has forty years experience in Santa Cruz County residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development, construction, leasing and property management. Active in the community, he was honored as Soquel's Man of the Year in 1986. In 1996 he was awarded the Santa Cruz Rotary Paul Harris Fellowship for Service to Humanity. He was the Capitola/Soquel Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year in 2006. As the longtime director of the world renowned Wharf to Wharf Race, he is heavily involved in the promotion and support of local youth athletic programs. Twice elected to the Capitola City Council, he served as the City's Mayor in 2008. An avid sportsman, he starts every day with a dawn walk down to the sea, plays a weekly round of golf and lives for March Madness. If you want a job done right, ask a busy man!
